Refund Policy
- 10% deduction for refund in the first week.
- 50% deduction for refund within one month (valid reason required).
- No refund after one month.
- Crash Courses and Packages/Bundles are not extendable.
- Crash Courses/Packages fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Session fee can be transferred to the very next session only.
Course Transfer Policy
- Students may transfer to another subject if the new course fee is higher. The balance must be paid to complete the transfer.
Visa Applications
- Hamzah Academy does not handle visa applications. Students are fully responsible for complying with visa requirements.
Cost Transparency
- All tuition costs are clearly communicated before enrolment. No hidden charges apply.
Privacy Policy (Summary)
- Hamzah Academy collects student data (name, contact, course details) for academic and administrative purposes only.
- Data is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.
- All data handling complies with GDPR (if applicable) or local data protection laws.
